'Do We Belong?' @ Lower East Side Film Festival

Last week, ‘Do We Belong?’ took part in the 2020 virtual edition of the Lower East Side Film Festival, where some other Capital K Pictures projects have played in the past. It was the first virtual festival experience I’ve had this year outside of market and pitching events, and the programming team did their best to bring us together and give it the feeling of an event. We recorded a Q & A that accompanied the program of shorts in my section, which was actually more fun and lively than I would have expected. No idea how many people actually tuned into it… At live screenings there’s the social pressure to hang on and listen to us all jabber about our movies. (And of course your friends and family will always stay). I’d love to see the analytics on this to see how many people ‘walk out’ when the films wrap…
