“Takeout with Lisa Ling” for Part 2 Pictures

Proud to have served as director/producer of an episode of HBOMax’s new series. This was something different for me — working outside of the framework of Capital K with a team of people I’d never collaborated with before. It was a wonderful experience and I think we created something really special. I haven’t been updating the news posts here for some time. But I’m getting back into the habit again. Even though this wasn’t a Capital K project, it was also very personal for me, not just a job. This is a project that’s near and dear to my heard.

The shoot for “Takeout” happened in the summer, editing through the fall and it launched on HBOMax in late Jan of this year.
